As the Director of Resident Relations, you are the heart of the community’s first impression. From greeting residents and families with warmth to keeping daily operations running smoothly at the front desk, you help create an environment where everyone feels at home.

What You’ll Do:Create Exceptional First Impressions
Welcome residents, families, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
Answer incoming calls and assist with questions using Arbor hospitality standards
Maintain a clean, polished, and inviting reception area and common spaces
Help create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout the community
Deliver Concierge-Level Service
Coordinate resident services such as transportation, appointments, and deliveries
Manage resident mail, packages, guest meal logs, and appointment schedules
Maintain community communication tools, directories, and office supplies
Support residents and families with day-to-day requests and needs
Support Community Marketing & Hospitality
Assist with walk-in inquiries and provide information about the community
Help coordinate tours and ensure marketing materials are readily available
Capture special moments by taking and printing photos for residents and families
Support community events and engagement opportunities
Help Keep Operations Running Smoothly
Assist with front desk staffing coordination and scheduling coverage
Track daily staffing hours and maintain accurate front desk schedules
Partner with department leaders to ensure excellent communication and service standards

Have previous hospitality, concierge, customer service, receptionist, or senior living experience
Enjoy creating meaningful connections with residents and families
Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
