Job description

Job Overview:
  • The Business Analyst will serve as the primary interface with external customers while also supporting internal supply planning, order management, and demand planning activities. The role involves managing customer communications, purchase orders, pricing, fulfillment, and overall operational support to ensure efficient business processes.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with MRP systems.

Experience:

  • Experience in sales support, demand planning, or supply planning preferred.
  • Experience working in the electronics industry preferred.
  • Experience handling customer communication and order management activities.
  • Experience supporting purchase order processing and fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary interface with external customers.
  • Manage customer communications and demand planning activities.
  • Process quote requests and support pricing activities.
  • Support purchase order fulfillment and provide status updates.
  • Provide RMA support.
  • Perform supply planning and place purchase orders.
  • Maintain and manage price lists.
  • Oversee order management including fulfillment and invoicing.

Should Have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in supply chain or order management environments.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Skills:

  • Business analysis and customer support.
  • Demand and supply planning.
  • Order management and fulfillment.
  • MRP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Communication and coordination.
  • Data accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualification And Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
