Job description
Looking for Part Time (15-25 hours per week). Weekends and holiday availability required.
$13 - $15 per hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and supervising dogs at play (separated by size, energy level, and age)
- Interacting with dogs and providing a safe, clean, and fun environment
- Feeding and giving medication to dogs
- Daily cleaning duties (picking up after the dogs, cleaning the turf and daycare room, keeping surfaces clean)
- Attention to detail
- Managing laundry and other daily housekeeping tasks
- Making report cards for pet parents
- Taking photos of playtime for social media
- Communicating with other staff and managers about dog behavior and habits
REQUIREMENTS
- Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes, breeds and ages
- Team player
- Time management skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Willing and eager to learn and improve skills
- 1+ year dog boarding/daycare/kennel experience preferred
