- Act as the primary IT partner for Sales, Customer Service, and Commercial Operations.
- Translate commercial strategy into executable IT demand, roadmaps, and backlogs.
- Facilitate workshops to align on process improvements, standardization, and system enhancements.
- Elicit and document business requirements across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
- Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for Salesforce and SAP teams.
- Partner with architects and technical leads to define integration and data flows across CRM, ERP, and downstream systems.
- Functional Ownership - Salesforce & SAP SD
- Provide functional leadership across:
o Salesforce.com: accounts, opportunities, quoting/CPQ concepts, workflows, reporting
o SAP SD: order management, deliveries, billing, returns
o Pricing: pricing conditions, discounting, agreements, margin visibility
o Global Trade: compliance, export controls, cross-border requirements - Coordinate closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and master data teams.
- Support ECC-based quote-to-cash processes while contributing to S/4HANA transformation activities, including process redesign, testing, and cutover readiness.
- Lead UAT efforts and support hypercare post-deployment.
- Partner with third-party providers for delivery, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure requirements clarity, delivery quality, and alignment with service expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience supporting Salesforce.com and SAP SD in ECC and/or S/4HANA landscapes.
- Experience with pricing and global trade processes.
- Participation in multiple end-to-end SAP and/or Salesforce projects.
- Experience working with MSPs, offshore teams, and global stakeholders.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements & business processes into technical deliverables and influence without authority
