Job description

SUMMARY / OBJECTIVETo control and assure quality and provide technical support for production by means of chemical and physical analysis of production concentrates and finished products. Maintain quality standards by adhering and upholding programs to safeguard product safety and quality. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Include but not limited to the categories listed below. Duties and responsibilities also encompass other functions as needed and assigned. Test and approve raw materialsTest and approve finished and in-process batches. Make adjustments as necessaryAnalysis and approval of line samplesAssist in production problems – trouble shootingMaintain and calibrate all gauges and instrumentsPrepare and standardize all required reagentsDevelop and validate new analytical proceduresProvide assistance in training personnelPerform stability testing on OTC productionPromote compliance with Bright Innovation Labs policies, procedures, quality standards and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) as well as safety and environmental regulations. Participate, as required, in safety and GMP training sessions, and other company training sessions COMPETENCIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
