LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN / FOREWOMAN
Summary
The Landscape Construction Foreman/Forewoman is responsible for leading and supervising landscape construction crews on residential and commercial projects. This position oversees the installation of landscape improvements, including hardscapes, plantings, grading, drainage systems, irrigation components, and other landscape features, while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Working closely with Site Superintendent and the Landscape Operations Manager, the Foreman/Forewoman coordinates daily job site activities, manages crew performance, maintains quality standards, and serves as the primary field representative for project execution. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to motivate crew members while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
The Foreman/Forewoman may occasionally communicate with client representatives and must be willing to work extended hours, weekends, and during varying weather conditions as project needs require.
