Company Description Columbus Recovery Alliance for Men Inc. operates the Workforce & Reentry Success Initiative (“Workforce Academy”), which supports justice-involved individuals and people in recovery in building long-term stability and economic independence. The program follows a Social Model of Recovery, connecting clinical treatment with sustainable community living. Core services include workforce and career readiness training, certifications and vocational support, and job placement with fair-chance employer partners. Participants also access peer-supported transitional housing, recovery support and peer advocacy, and structured accountability through case management. Community and life skills workshops offer financial literacy, personal development, and connections to local legal, healthcare, and community resources.

The role may also involve helping with outreach efforts, distributing information to community partners, and assisting with basic data entry and reporting under staff supervision.

- Ability to provide consistent administrative support, including scheduling, document organization, and basic data entry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage respectfully with participants, staff, and community partners.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a recovery-focused environment, demonstrating empathy, discretion, and nonjudgmental support.
- Organizational skills to help coordinate events, workshops, and group sessions, and to manage multiple tasks in a busy setting.
- Basic computer literacy (email, word processing, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn program-specific tools.
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and follow program policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in community services, recovery support, reentry programs, or social services is beneficial but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; lived experience with recovery or justice involvement is valued when aligned with program guidelines.
