Nursing Assistant
Location: Westerville, OH | Schedule: Full-time

Make a Difference Every Day
Looking for a job where your work truly matters? Join our assisted living team in Bethel Park and help residents feel safe, cared for, and valued every day. No experience? No problem-we'll train you!
Key Responsibilities
  • Help residents with daily activities like dressing, eating, and mobility
  • Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate care
  • Assist with medications (with training provided)
  • Keep residents comfortable, safe, and supported
  • Build strong relationships with residents and team members
  • Observe and report any changes in resident condition
  • Maintain a clean, organized environment

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Compassionate attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and team-oriented
  • Experience in assisted living or caregiving (helpful, not required)
