We are seeking an experienced and motivated Used Car Technician to join our service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, be Ford Certified, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including:
- Engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical, A/C, and more
- Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools/special equipment to troubleshoot issues
- Communicate with Service Advisors to explain repair needs and provide accurate time estimates
- Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- 1+ years of Service Technician experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Ford dealership experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills (B-level qualifications)
- Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn
- Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to adapt to new technology and repair procedures
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
