About the job:

The Housing Outreach Specialist will engage with people experiencing unsheltered homelessness in Franklin County and connect them with stabilizing resources for housing, healthcare, addiction recovery, and other supports. They will work as a team to identify needs in the city and respond to each person's individual situation as appropriate, working to remove barriers to housing and collaborating with diverse community partners.

*High School Education or GED required

*Effective Communication Skills

*Field experience working hands-on with the homeless population; preferred

*Experience with Microsoft Excel and data-entry required

This is a grant funded position.
