What Are We Looking For?
Read and interpret specifications, submittals, and blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient installation of piping systems.
Operate and maintain a variety of powered industrial equipment and hand tools with precision and care.
Maintain a safety-first mindset and apply knowledge of workplace safety policies to eliminate potential hazards.
Work confidently with a variety of piping materials used in commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including, but not limited to copper, PVC, steel, and stainless.
Utilize various joining methods such as brazing, soldering, solvent welding, Pro-Press, threading, and Victaulic systems.
Demonstrate strong skills in time management, critical thinking, math, and decision-making while taking pride in craftsmanship.
Help educate and support fellow team members through hands-on knowledge and clear communication.
Plan, prioritize, and organize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
Maintain professionalism and represent the company well while working around customers, clients, or the public.
