Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Columbus, OH, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, including data structures and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Statistics and Pattern Recognition to build and evaluate robust machine learning models.
- Experience with Neural Networks and modern ML frameworks for modeling complex operational and event data.
- Hands-on experience with BigPanda or similar AIOps/monitoring platforms, alert correlation, and incident management.
- Skill with scripting and programming languages commonly used in ML and automation (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
- Experience building data pipelines and integrating data from monitoring, logging, and infrastructure tools.
- Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Ability to analyze large datasets, communicate technical concepts clearly, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with IT operations, SRE, or AIOps domains is beneficial.
