Job Title: General Production Worker 1st and 2nd 20-21/hour!!!!!

Job Description

Join a growing, climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Delaware, Ohio as a General Production Worker. In this role, you will operate as a general production worker in a manufacturing setting using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, fit, and secure electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and prints to complete assembly work accurately.
• Measure materials and components precisely using a tape measure and other basic measuring tools.
• Perform mechanical assembly tasks, including fastening, drilling, and fitting parts as required.
• Use drills and other power tools safely and effectively in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety and quality procedures on the production floor.

Essential Skills

• Strong mechanical inclination and aptitude for hands-on assembly work.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately for precise measurements.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and the use of hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction or general contracting environments.
• Experience in carpentry, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
• Hands-on experience with wiring, cabling, and basic electrical assembly.
• Prior mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Work Environment

You will work in a very clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility with approximately 80 people on the production floor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
