Are you a curious and passionate engineer who desires to drive innovation in software, applications, or data solutions for the undisputed leader in private aviation? This ERP transformation role combines software-engineering discipline with ERP expertise to solve complex enterprise problems, protect operational readiness, and deliver business value across Finance, Procurement, IT, and audit stakeholders.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Create, enhance, test, maintain, support, and operate software applications, services, configurations, integrations, data solutions, and ERP platform capabilities that enable business operations.
Provide technical leadership for delivery teams and contribute to definition, design, development, configuration, integration, testing, documentation, and operational handoff of product capabilities in alignment with established technology and architecture standards.
Deploy and deliver solutions through frequent, controlled iterations using automation and disciplined release practices while ensuring quality, security, resiliency, and operational readiness.
Collaborate across the delivery team, functional area, implementation partners, business stakeholders, Internal Controls, and support teams to ensure business value is achieved and risks are managed transparently.
Demonstrate leadership and accountability by taking ownership of commitments, making evidence-based decisions, and delivering outcomes that support corporate goals.
Work in an agile team environment to deliver value iteratively while continuously improving engineering, configuration, testing, documentation, and support practices.
Define and govern reusable ERP data conversion work products, including conversion inventories, extract specifications, transformation rules, mapping workbooks, load templates, reconciliation evidence, and cutover runbooks.
Use automation-minded engineering practices to improve profiling, validation, cleansing, migration, reconciliation, defect triage, and repeatable mock-conversion execution across environments.
Partner with source-system, integration, reporting, Finance, Procurement, audit, and SI teams to ensure data quality defects are remediated at the right source rather than masked during load execution.
