Property Maintenance $23/hr
Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Work indoors and outdoors in a residential apartment community, preparing apartments for new residents, completing maintenance repairs, and maintaining the property's buildings and grounds in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous apartment or general maintenance experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and snow removal
  • Previous experience with drywall, painting, flooring, and appliance repair
  • Ability to respond to after-hours emergency calls and be available for on-call duties
  • Must be reliable and capable of independently maintaining a standalone property
  • Ability to complete maintenance repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance
  • Prepare apartment units for new residents, including repairs and basic remodeling tasks
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including walking, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
CompensationPay - $23 per hourOT after 40 hours
  • $25/hr for calls taken remotely after hours and $35/hr if you are called to the property. Time and a half applies to each rate if over 40 hours.
  • Time and a half is paid on all Snow removal jobs.
Incentives after being hired on:
  • 401K with a 3% match
  • PTO begins accruing immediately (available after 90 days)
Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • On-call required for emergencies after hours.
