Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? PHFM is looking for an Estimating Takeoff Specialist to play a key role in turning project opportunities into winning proposals. If you love combining precision with problem-solving, this is your chance to make an impact on projects nationwide.


What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for project measurements that drive our estimating and proposal process. You will:

  • Prepare front-end measurement work for both new RFPs and organic opportunities.
  • Request and review bulk measurements for RFPs; confirm project boundaries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 3rd party measuring platforms.
  • Collaborate with estimators to verify accuracy of all measurements.
  • Handle measurement requests from 3rd party measuring platforms or perform self-measurements as needed.
  • Use Bluebeam to measure from site plans for organic proposals.
  • Coordinate and request site visits when required by the customer for bidding purposes.
  • Must be comfortable in an ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to interpret site maps.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Self-motivated, reliable and attention to detail a must!

What We're Looking For:
  • 1-2 years of office/admin, construction support, or estimating experience (not required but nice to have).
  • Comfort with Microsoft Excel/Word, maybe basic Bluebeam or AutoCAD exposure (can be taught).
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, able to manage documents and numbers.
  • Communication skills for coordinating with project managers/estimators.
  • High school diploma or some college (degree preferred but not required).

Skills:

Proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or other digital measurement software.

Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to learn new software quickly.
