Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Students must:
  • demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, strong organization and time management abilities, and professional telephone etiquette.
  • possess basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience using standard office equipment.

Successful completion of a background check is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience in an educational or office setting is preferred.
Summary of Duties:
Provide front desk reception and customer service for the Success Center by greeting guests, answering and directing telephone calls, and assisting students with scheduling tutoring, testing, and success coaching services.
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties, including printing, scanning, filing, collating documents, maintaining records, and supporting daily office operations. Proctor academic, admissions, and program-specific examinations while ensuring testing integrity, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to Office of Disability Services (ODS), ADA, and institutional testing policies. Maintain accurate records, support a welcoming and efficient learning environment, and provide assistance to students, faculty, and staff as needed.
