Position Overview

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible interventional cardiology and structural heart physician to join an elite team of academic physicians at the assistant or associate professor rank. The successful candidate will focus on both routine and complex coronary artery disease, including inpatient and outpatient consultative and primary services in a world-class facility at the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital. Interests in clinical and extramurally funded research are desirable. The Ohio State University Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is setting new standards for advanced heart and vascular care through our internationally and nationally recognized experts of more than 60 cardiology and vascular medicine specialists. We offer heart and vascular patients some of the most exciting and innovative technologies, treatments, and clinical trials, many of which are only available at Ohio State. The majority of our faculty are principal investigators on a variety of research projects in both basic, translational, and clinical research settings.

Our focus extends beyond immediate patient care to the advancement of cardiovascular medicine through groundbreaking research and education. Our faculty, renowned for their contributions to the field, are instrumental in training the next generation of cardiologists through both integrated and traditional fellowship programs, which include a core cardiovascular medicine fellowship, interventional cardiology fellowship, electrophysiology fellowship, heart failure and cardiac transplant fellowship, adult congenital heart disease fellowship, and cardiovascular diagnostic imaging fellowship.
