Job description

Certified Surgical Tech (CST)

As a Certified Surgical Tech (CST), you'll be a crucial part of our OR team, ensuring every procedure runs seamlessly, safely, and on schedule. You'll anticipate needs before they arise, uphold sterile technique like second nature, and create an environment where surgeons and nurses can perform at their best.

Because surgical excellence doesn't happen by accident, it happens because of people like you.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare and maintain sterile fields before and during surgical procedures
  • Anticipate surgeon and team needs with speed and accuracy
  • Ensure all equipment and instruments are functioning and ready
  • Uphold aseptic technique and enforce infection control standards
  • Perform accurate surgical counts and take corrective action when needed
  • Assist with case setup, room turnover, and supply management
  • Collaborate closely with RNs, surgeons, and anesthesia providers
  • Keep calm under pressure, stay a step ahead, and never lose focus on patient safety
What You Bring
  • Certified Surgical Technician (CST) or equivalent certification (preferred)
  • BLS certification (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of operating room experience, preferably in an ASC
  • Urology and robotic experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of sterile technique, instrumentation, and regulatory standards
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset; no task is beneath you
  • The ability to think critically, move with purpose, and act with integrity
What We Offer
  • 4-day work weeks - (4x10s – weekdays only)
  • Health benefits within 30 days – medical, dental, vision & more
  • PTO begins accruing on day 1
  • NO nights, weekends, or call
  • Paid holidays - without the work
  • Bonus opportunities for excellence and referrals
  • A culture of respect, action, and support

We're not just a surgery center; we're a center of excellence built on teamwork, precision, and compassion. Every associate receives hands-on, high-touch training, because we believe mastery is a shared pursuit.

If you're a skilled CST who's ready to grow in a culture of excellence, apply today!
