Primary location: Hilliard, Ohio

The estimated base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors (salary may be adjusted based on geographic location)

What You'll Do
  • Identify and lead manufacturing process improvement projects
  • Analyze production issues using data and on-the-floor observations
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure products meet technical specifications and quality standards
  • Plan and execute factory tests and experiments
  • Evaluate results, write reports, and drive follow-up actions
  • Serve as a project leader for initiatives such as:
    • Cost reduction
    • New product development
    • Energy optimization
    • Process improvements
  • Act as a technical leader within a production area
  • Drive adoption of scientific and engineering principles across the plant
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve improvement goals
  • Partner with operators and team leads on hands-on troubleshooting
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DOE, and SPC tools to improve performance

  • Bachelor's degree in:

    • Manage multiple responsibilities

  • 3+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing
  • Experience with:
    • Minitab
    • Microsoft Access
  • Background in:
    • Lean Manufacturing
    • Six Sigma methodologies
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certification
  • Experience with:
    • Design of Experiments (DOE)
    • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Proven ability to:
    • Lead process improvements
    • Drive cost savings and efficiency gains
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions
