Job description

Title: Route Switch Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Location: Five days week on site: Columbus OH, Alpharetta, GA, Marietta, GA, Kansas City, MO, Berkley Heights NJ, Omaha NE, Frisco/Dallas TX, Denver CO

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description

•⁠  ⁠Design, deploy, and troubleshoot complex network architectures across multi-tenant, multi-datacenter environments using technologies like MPLS, VxLAN, and EVPN

•⁠  ⁠Configure, optimize, and diagnose dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) to ensure network performance and reliability

•⁠  ⁠Automate network and security deployments using scripting languages and tools such as Python, Ansible, and Jinja

•⁠  ⁠Implement and manage software-defined networking solutions (SDWAN, NFV, cloud peering) for scalable and flexible connectivity

•⁠  ⁠Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., PCI/DSS) and maintain protections including DDOS mitigation and internet peering management
