Assistant Sign Maker & Installer

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with the production and installation of interior signs, exterior signs, and environmental graphics.
  • Work safely and keep production areas, tools, vehicles, and job sites clean and organized.
  • Help document work, track materials, support inventory needs, and communicate project details clearly.
  • Assist with site visits, measurements, photos, and field notes.
  • Learn to operate in-house production equipment such as roll-to-roll printers, flatbed printers, UV printers, lasers, and CNC equipment.
  • Use general construction tools and installation equipment, including hand tools and power tools.
  • Support painting, paint mixing, finishing, assembly, fabrication, and installation work.
  • Provide helpful, professional service when interacting with clients, property teams, contractors, and coworkers.
  • Learn new skills, take on new responsibilities, and grow your compensation as your capabilities increase.

What We’re Looking For
  • Great attitude: Above all else, we want someone who is positive, dependable, coach-able, and a strong communicator.
  • Willingness to learn: Sign experience is helpful, but we will train the right person.
  • Hands-on ability: General carpentry, construction knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and experience using hand and power tools are strongly preferred.
  • Attention to detail: A strong eye for precision, alignment, quality, and finished appearance.
  • Physical capability: Able to lift, climb, work at heights, and perform hands-on labor in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Comfort with equipment: Experience with lifts, bucket trucks, welding, or electrical work is a plus, but not required.
  • Technology skills: Comfortable using computers, tablets, smartphones, Microsoft products, and digital project information.
  • Safety-minded approach: Safety training or certifications are a plus; additional safety training will be provided.
  • Valid driver’s license: A clean driving record is required.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; college or technical training is welcome but not required.
