CBS Home Inspection is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Licensed Home Inspector in the greater Columbus area. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, hassle-free licensed home inspection services for buyers, sellers, and realtors.

Responsibilities:

 

In your role as a Licensed Home Inspector, you will be responsible for:

  • Home inspection  
  • Commercial inspection                      
  • Termite inspection     
  • Radon testing
  • Well water quality testing
  • Septic inspection                   

Your job will be to accurately document inspection findings through detailed reports and photographs, while identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions.

 

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Valid State of Ohio home inspector license in good standing; successful completion of state-required education/examination.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ practical experience in home inspection, construction, remodeling, or trades strongly preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Solid record of on-time arrival at customer’s site.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
