Job description

What you'll be doing:
This role is to only be used for internal SC1 who will be cross trained as a SC2 to help in areas. While working the SC2 role, a TPA must be completed to pay at the SC2 rate for hours working in the SC2 role.
As a SC1 you will prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety procedures. In this role, you will utilize warehouse equipment including RF Scanners, Pick to Voice technology, Pick to Cart technology or other methods, depending on specific facility. Additionally, this role will be cross trained to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turret, or electric pallet jack to move product within the warehouse and as needed.
When working in the SC2 role, you'll be organizing orders to be picked efficiently, selecting orders by pulling, stacking and labeling merchandise and bringing it to the staging area all while maintaining the highest level of safety. In addition, you will stack empty pallets and clean and sweep work area and remove trash as you go to maintain a clean workspace.

Qualifications:
What's needed- Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ months of related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
  • Ability to become MHEO certified in the operation of warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
  • Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
  • An ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
  • As a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need.
  • Must be at least 18 years old
