What You'll Do:
- Provide specialized nursing care within the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab overseeing complex cardiac procedures
- Assist with procedures such as device implantation, lead extraction, ablation, and cardiac mapping
- Monitor and adjust pacemaker and defibrillator devices, ensuring proper programming
- Perform baseline measurements and assist with arrhythmia induction and cardioversion
- Maintain excellent patient care and safety standards throughout procedures
- Collaborate with cardiologists and tech staff for optimal patient outcomes
- Document procedures accurately in Epic electronic health record system
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio RN license with current ACLS and BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in EP or cardiac electrophysiology environment
- Strong skills in Epic systems and electrophysiology procedures
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekly call duties
