Job Title: Test Automation Engineer
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT).
  • Hands-on experience with API testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jules and Jenkins.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Basic programming knowledge in Python and Java.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ATM systems and certification processes.
  • Exposure to AWS cloud services.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze system specifications and contribute to test plan creation.
  • Design, document, and execute test scenarios and test cases.
  • Collect and prepare test data; create and run test batches.
  • Automate test cases and report defects with clear documentation.
  • Build and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for ATM certification across OS images, kiosk applications, device drivers, and peripheral integrations (e.g., card reader, cash dispenser, pin pad).
  • Design agentic AI components to plan, execute, and adapt test workflows, including environment setup, scenario orchestration, log analysis, and automated triage/root-cause hypotheses.

Implement AI-assisted test generation and prioritization using production signals, risk models, and historical defect data.
  • Develop hardware-in-the-loop and simulator-based tests; integrate service virtualization for device and network dependencies.
  • Create resilient CI/CD pipelines to run parallel certification suites, capture artifacts, and gate releases based on objective quality signals.
  • Instrument systems for observability (logs, metrics, traces) and build automated quality dashboards to visualize certification coverage, pass/fail trends, MTTR, and defect clusters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Certification, L3 Production Support, Release/Deployment) to align test scope and exit criteria with operational realities.
  • Write clear documentation and operational runbooks for test frameworks, agents, and pipelines; provide guidance to engineers using the framework.
