Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Pipeline Integrity Engineer toworkas anImplementation Engineerand oversee assigned clientele,be responsible forcontinued success of each client and provide regular updates to the client andIrthmanagement. Client involvement starts with Pilot Programs, extends into implementation of our solutions, and continues withintroductionof new features and continued responsibility for customer satisfaction and success. The successful candidate in this role will need toestablisha strong relationship with assigned clientele and respond to any technical / business related inquiries. The role will be pivotal in empowering the customer and ensuring allfacetsof the application are being used to advance their business and to driveIrthrevenue.

Responsibilities – External - CustomerFacing(80% of role) & Internal (20% of role):
  • Develop a thorough understanding ofIrth – Asset Integrity for Pipelines products to successfully implement, configure, and trainnew users.
  • Project management – ability toconfidently and successfully manage project deliverables, success KPI’s and project budgets.
  • Teach and coach new and active customers toidentifythreats to their pipeline assetsidentifiedby the software andassistthem to achieve their business goals andobjectives
  • Suggestadditionalways that these tools can be used to address regulatory data collection & analysis needs.
  • Submit and assess the value of enhancement requests and prioritize those requests for adoption in the product
  • Provide mentorship on integrity management best practices
  • Perform configurations, data loading, model execution, reportpresentationsand interpretation of results
  • Manage requirements from multiple client accounts
  • Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships
  • Drive the success of our customers by greater adoption andpossible expansionopportunities within the active customer base
  • Drive improvements in processes and policies, helping to move toward greater automation,self-service, and customer empowerment
  • Work effectively with various teams including large client organizations
  • Be the key communication channel for all business and development opportunities for responsible clients
  • Work with product management teams to communicate customer requirements/requests
  • Support product development sprints byprovidingcustomer insights and feedback
  • Communicate effectively to all channels involved in product development

Compensation

The salary range for this role is CAD $140k-160K This range reflects the base salary only and does not include any other compensation components. Any offers made are dependent on factors including and not limited to experience, skills, and location.

  • 5+ years’ experience in the midstream / transmission pipeline industryrequired
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of Z662 / ASME andother industry guidancerequired
  • Experience analyzingdifferent typesof pipeline integrity assessment datarequired
  • Experience working with pipeline integrity software and technology preferred
  • Experience working with multiple levels within a Fortune 100 company preferred
  • Strong relationship management and organizational skills
  • Experience withsolution development processes and application support lifecyclespreferred but notrequired.
  • Ability to travel throughout North Americaand internationally if needed
  • Very organizedand structured with attention to detail
