Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for live video production technology and processes
• Experience working in a mixed team with artistic and technical resources (graphic design, 3D animators, 2D animators).
• Experience producing live events (hybrid and remote) using video switchers, different sound sources, and remote and in-person presenters.
• Experience developing 2D diagrams and illustrations of technical nature.
• Ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly, capable of presenting visual projects remotely to internal clients.
• A keen understanding, interest, passion, and curiosity about technology, engineering, and adjacent fields.

Education:

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-6 years of professional experience executing video production in a business-to-business environment, in an agency or in-house setting.
• Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent design experience (Outstanding portfolio and direct work experience may be considered as a substitute for a degree.)
• Expert understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro or other non-linear editing software.
• Intermediate capabilities with Adobe After Effects.
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity in video/multimedia.
• Understanding art fundamentals, including color theory, composition, rhythm, and balance.
• Portfolio of work must include:
• Video editing reel, with long-form (five minutes or more) and short-form edits (60 seconds or less).
• Photography in a corporate, advertising or communication setting.
• Ability to perform most duties without constant supervision and capable of resolving issues with independence and creative thinking.
