Job Title: Medical Director โ Primary Care (Outpatient)
Compensation: $280,000โ$300,000 base, OTE $350,000+

Role Highlights:
โข Base salary $280,000โ$300,000, with total earnings $350,000+
โข MondayโFriday schedule โ clinic hours 7:30 AMโ5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15)
โข Work-life balance with no nights or weekends
โข Lead and manage a small patient panel (60โ90 max) while overseeing PCPs and NPs
โข Care for seniors with an average of 3โ5 chronic conditions

Requirements:
โข Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
โข Clear and active medical license in the state of employment
โข MD or DO degree in a relevant specialty
โข Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting (leadership experience preferred)
โข Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
โข Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to travel locally and regionally as needed
