Ōnin Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in the Newark/Johnstown area! If you enjoy staying active, operating equipment safely, and keeping production moving, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment
  • Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility
  • Transport raw materials to production lines and remove finished goods to storage areas
  • Move, stack, and organize palletized products
  • Verify product labels, quantities, and identification before moving materials
  • Break down loads for LTL shipments and relabel orders as needed
  • Assist with receiving and verifying incoming shipments
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
  • Examine products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas
  • Empty trash hoppers and assist with general housekeeping duties
  • Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures
Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
• 1+ years of forklift experience preferred
• Roll Clamp forklift experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on seasonal conditions
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment for extended periods
