Radiologic Technologist (RT) Specializing in Operating Room (OR) Procedures

Join our dynamic team as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) specializing in Operating Room (OR) procedures. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are proficient in C-arm and O-arm coverage, with a strong background in X-ray procedures for surgical settings. This position offers a stimulating work environment in various healthcare settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and Level I Trauma centers, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and development.

Work Schedule: This will be for either 5x8's or 4x10's for 2nd shift, starting at either 10am or 11am. There will also be call associated with these positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide C-arm and O-arm coverage in the Operating Room environment.
  • Perform X-ray procedures for surgical interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with surgical and medical teams to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain equipment functionality and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Participate in continuous education and training programs to stay updated with advancements in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) with ARRT registration.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Level I Trauma or teaching hospital.
  • Proficiency in operating C-arm and O-arm systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
