Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Project Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control for data center or mission-critical construction projects. This role will drive quality standards, ensure compliance across design, construction, and commissioning phases, and manage QA/QC processes to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC programs, metrics, and standards.
Coordinate quality activities between design, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
Review submittals (especially MEP), commissioning documents, and turnover packages for compliance.
Conduct audits, site inspections, and factory witness tests to ensure construction quality.
Manage non-conformance issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Support commissioning, energization, and start-up schedules and documentation.
Drive closure of quality issues in BIM360 and maintain QA/QC dashboards and reports.
Provide QA/QC training and support to project teams, contractors, and vendors.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of QA/QC experience in data center or mission-critical construction.
Experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects.
Strong knowledge of civil, structural, MEP, and critical infrastructure systems.
Experience leading QA/QC and commissioning programs.
Strong stakeholder, contractor, and vendor management skills.
