Job Description:

TheProcurementSpecialist-Maintenance & Franchiseis anentry-level positionwhose primary responsibility is to support the activities and systems ofmaterials procurement for theStoreMaintenanceteamand our Franchise partners. TheSpecialistwill be involved in multiple aspects of theStore Maintenance& New Store life-cycle and processes, such as:fulfillingStoreMaintenance WorkOrders (WO's);providingneededmaterials to our Franchise partnersto support their New Store openings;issuing and adjusting Purchase Orders, monitoring production and shipping status;updating stores onStoreMaintenanceWO status; andassistingintheexpeditingoflost,damaged, or additionalmaterialsneededand miscellaneous tasks/projects.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • FulfillingStoreMaintenance WorkOrdersforsales floor itemssuch as damagedor missingfixtures, mannequins,props etc.

  • Partnering with Store Design & A&F Transportation to provide select branded itemsto our Franchise partners for theirNewStore andRemodel needs.

  • Support in fulfilling anypre-Openingexceptions reported by New Stores forour owned&operatedNew Store and Remodel projects.

  • Assist inplacing inventory POs to supportfuture StoreMaintenance and Franchise needsand monitoringvendorproduction to ensure PO ship dates are achieved.

  • Field questions from the A&F Transportationand Tradeteamsregarding planned shipments and deliveries.

  • Complete ad hoc analysis, reporting, or special projects

What Do You Need to Bring?

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred in Business, Construction, Finance, Logistics, orOperations

  • Proficient skills in the Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel)

  • Extremely detail oriented with a focus on accurate data entry and auditing

  • Time management; ability to complete special projects in addition to core job responsibilities

  • Understanding of project timelines and schedules

  • Strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and with multiple cross-functional teams
