Job description

JOB TITLE: Recruiter – Full -Time

LOCATION: Hybrid Work from Home - 2 Days in Office

TRAVEL: Minimal 1-10%

  • Candidate Sourcing: Ability to identify, engage, and attract qualified talent using various tools and strategies, including job boards, Boolean search, and direct outreach. Internal sourcing & attraction.
  • Candidate Screening: Skill in evaluating candidate qualifications, experience, and fit through structured resume review & initial interviews.
  • Recruiting ATS: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship tools to manage requisitions, candidate data, and workflows.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, providing consultative support on job requirements, market trends and hiring strategies.
  • Interviewing: Competence in conducting structured and behavior-based interviews to assess both qualifications and cultural alignment.
  • Candidate Experience: Commitment to delivering timely, respectful, and personalized interactions that create a positive impression of the organization.
  • Data & Metrics: Use of recruitment data to track performance, improve pipeline efficiency and inform hiring decisions.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Understanding and application of legal and ethical recruiting practices, including adherence to EEOC and SCA policies.
  • Offer Management: Skill in preparing and negotiating offers aligned with internal equity, candidate expectations, and organizational guidelines.
  • Regular & Predictable Attendance: The ability to consistently report to work on time and as scheduled, with minimal unexcused absences. This includes being present and prepared to work throughout assigned shifts, and reliably adhering to start times, breaks, and end times.

Minimum job requirements:
