Virtusa is seeking a Pega LSA to lead the overall Pega application modernization and cloud migration program. The role involves owning solution architecture, design governance, and providing technical leadership across all workstreams.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct Pega Readiness Assessment and migration analysis.
• Define target-state architecture and Cloud Migration Strategy.
• Author HLD, Solution Design Documents, and Cloud Blueprint.
• Review and remediate legacy Pega 7 customizations.
• Lead modernization of case types and business processes.
• Ensure guardrail compliance (>95% target).
• Define Agentic AI and GenAI implementation approach.
• Govern migration of agents, integrations, and reporting.
• Lead technical design reviews and deployment readiness reviews.
• Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
• 10+ years of Pega experience.
• Experience with Pega Infinity 24.x/25.x.
• Strong knowledge of Case Management, Decisioning, Smart Dispute, DX APIs.
• Pega Cloud migration experience.
• Experience with Constellation architecture.
• Experience with performance tuning and guardrail optimization.
