Shift Manager – Jimmy John's

We're looking for motivated, dependable Assistant Managers and Shift Managers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading a team, and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with every guest interaction.
  • Lead, coach, and support team members throughout each shift.
  • Ensure sandwiches are prepared quickly, accurately, and according to Jimmy John's standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
  • Assist with scheduling, shift management, inventory, and daily restaurant operations.
  • Help build a positive, productive, and team-oriented workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
