Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Home Care

Canal Winchester, OH 43110 Starting Pay: $31.00 per hour Schedule: Every Friday | 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM Job Type: Part-time Available Private Duty Pediatric Home Care

Join Our Team as a Pediatric Private Duty LPN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one in-home care for a medically fragile 1-year-old pediatric patient in Canal Winchester, Ohio. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a direct impact by delivering personalized care in a supportive home environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-focused, and experienced or comfortable working with tracheostomy and G-tube care.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home

Monitor respiratory status and provide trach care as needed

Administer G-tube feedings, medications, and site care

Perform suctioning and airway management

Monitor and document patient condition and report changes promptly

Follow physician orders and individualized care plans

Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation

Support a safe, nurturing, and family-centered environment

Qualifications

Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Current CPR certification

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Strong communication and clinical assessment skills

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Preferred Experience

Pediatric nursing experience

Experience with tracheostomy and G-tube care

Home health or private duty nursing experience
