Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric Home Care (Private Duty)

Location: New Albany, OH
Pay: $31.00/hour
Schedule: Every Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Overview

We are hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric patient in a home setting. This is a great opportunity for nurses seeking consistent hours and meaningful, patient-focused care.
Patient Needs

  • G/J-tube feedings
  • BiPAP support
  • Tracheostomy (trach) care
  • Sensitive skin (fragrance-free care required)
  • Pet-friendly home

Responsibilities

  • Follow the individualized plan of care
  • Administer medications and tube feedings
  • Perform trach care and monitor respiratory status
  • Monitor and document vital signs and condition changes
  • Assist with daily living activities and hygiene
  • Maintain a clean and safe care environment
  • Communicate with family and care team

Qualifications

  • Active Ohio LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Recent TB test or chest X-ray
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
