Position Profileย
Detailโorientedย andย safetyโfocusedย individual responsible forย operatingย and monitoring production equipment in a food manufacturing environment. The Production Operator ensures efficient, consistent, andย highโqualityย production by following standard operating procedures,ย maintainingย equipment, and adhering to food safety, quality, and sanitation standards. This role plays a critical part in meeting production targets while supporting continuous improvement, workplace safety, and customer specifications.ย

The employee must be able toย operateย or learn toย operateย production and/or warehouse equipment, which may include pallet jacks, conveyor systems, or other machinery, depending on the role.ย ย
The position may requireย use of personal protective equipment (PPE)ย such as gloves, hairnets, hearing protection, safety glasses, andย steelโtoeย shoes when working in production or warehouse areas.ย ย
The employee must be able toย work in a food manufacturing and distribution environment where pork products, alcohol, gluten, dairy, and common allergensโincluding tree nuts and peanutsโare present.ย ย
