Job description

Stanley Steemer is a fun, hands-on, team-oriented company. We are seeking a part-time or full-time National Air Duct Coordinator to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Dublin! We offer a collaborative team environment, development opportunities, flexible, hybrid schedule, and more!
The National Air Duct Coordinator will be responsible for taking prepared estimates and communicating the information to General Contractors, Mechanical Engineers, and HVAC Contractors. The incumbent will be responsible for building and maintaining successful relationships within the air duct industry. The incumbent will be responsible for continuously updating and working with the National Air Duct Specialist and field managers. Responsible for assisting the National Air Duct Specialist with creating estimates when demand requires and other duties as necessary.
Responsibilities:
  • Take prepared estimates and communicate them to general contractors, mechanical engineers, and HVAC contractors
  • Continuously follow up on bided jobs through job completion
  • Track and input information into Microsoft Teams spreadsheet
  • Maintain constant communication with National Air Duct Specialist and field managers
  • Assist National Air Duct Specialist with creating estimates when demand requires
  • Drive systemic sales growth
  • Work with national air duct team to develop and continuously improve operational methods for air duct service line
  • Track and report on all key air duct service and performance measurements
  • Other tasks as assigned

  • 1-year previous sales or relationship building experience
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with Management, Engineers, and contractors
  • Excellent organizational and process management skills
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Detail oriented and professional phone skills
