Job description

Join our dynamic team as an E-Commerce Coordinator in the Columbus Area! Our company is a thriving brick-and-mortar business with a growing online presence. We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our online shop operations, ensuring seamless integration with our in-store activities. This part-time role (25 hours per week) offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital expansion while working closely with store staff and management. Responsibilities
  • Prepare, photograph, and upload inventory to the online site following Clothes Mentor guidelines and standards.
  • Manage and organize all inventory related to the online store.
  • Develop and implement best practices for inventory tracking and organization.
  • Handle customer service inquiries for the website, including returns and email communication.
  • Prepare items for mailing, ensuring quality packaging and personalized touches like handwritten Thank You notes.
  • Coordinate packaging and shipping for outgoing products.
  • Order necessary program materials and supplies.
  • Merchandise products to the sales floor after online uploads are complete.
  • Analyze Shopify reports to identify best practices and improve marketplace performance.
  • Drive Sales - meet or exceed online sales goals
Qualifications
  • Courses in photography, e-commerce, technology, social media, and/or merchandising are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including online merchandising and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, management, and customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Exceptional time management skills to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Strong organizational skills and efficiency in task execution.
  • Proactive in addressing and resolving product, service, and marketplace issues.
  • Ability to analyze reports and dashboards for marketplace performance insights.
Working Conditions
  • Maintain an efficient pace with repetitive motions such as typing, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Vision and coordination required for inspecting and photographing items for online posting.
  • Ability to attach price tags, prepare items for photography, and merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Ability to transport fulfilled orders to a shipping facility such as the post office, UPS, or FedEx.
