Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response protocols for a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate site communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, common areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related awareness.
• Monitor for potential policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or unsecured areas, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management as appropriate.
• Support opening and closing activities, assist with crowd and/or line monitoring during busy periods, and help maintain an orderly environment for customers and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
