Showroom & Client Coordinator (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Join a dynamic team as a Showroom & Client Coordinator, where your professionalism and enthusiasm will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This vital position involves welcoming clients, managing showroom activities, and coordinating all aspects of the customer journey - from initial inquiries to scheduling in-home consultations. Whether you're looking for part-time flexibility or a full-time opportunity, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a professional environment and loves to create memorable client interactions.
- Onsite presence in Polaris; local candidates preferred
- Ability to work 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9 am to 3 pm on Fridays (or PT during those hours)
- $20/hr-$23/hr
- Professional dress and demeanor required
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with warmth and confidence
- Answer phone inquiries promptly and professionally
- Gather customer information, answer questions about products, design capabilities, and pricing
- Maintain awareness of product knowledge, brochures, website, and showroom offerings
- Manage lead tracking and follow-up, including scheduling design appointments and confirming details
- Coordinate with designers and production teams to schedule installations
- Prepare and send appointment letters, follow up with customers, and ensure a smooth customer experience
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
