Looking for Part-time employees

Job Description:

  • Any Graduate with 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager
  • Seasoned with Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Good understanding of Procurement, Facilities, Security and Travel processes
  • Strong network of vendors and service providers with extraordinary vendor management skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task & prioritize work
  • Hands on to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with proactive process improvisation approach
  • Self-motivated and ability to independently drive the admin initiatives
  • Good knowledge of local compliances
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Communication (Written & Verbal)
  • Ready to work in multiple time zones
