This role leads teams from inception to successful delivery of projects that support the enhancement of college business operations and student success initiatives. This position requires the ability to develop, plan, execute, control and close projects related to the College ERP system. The ERP PM coordinates and leads a set of stakeholders (both internal teams and external vendors) to continue the expansion and refinement of the college ERP system.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS****Project Management*** Manages multiple concurrent ERP support projects from initiation to project closure, ensuring that project scope, budget and customer expectations are met.* Assists with the review of project requests from the campus community and in building the business case that can be used to determine project alignment with college strategic plan and priorities.* Identifies required project resources in consultation with project sponsors and business leads to ensure the adequate level of effort has been estimated to effectively plan and execute the project.* Ensures appropriate testing/quality assurance is completed for assigned projects.* Tracks project budget and manages project expenses.* Adequately estimates tasks and project timeline throughout the projectโ€™s lifecycle.* Breaks deliverables down into tasks and develops relationships/ dependencies.
