Showroom & Client Coordinator (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Join a dynamic team as a Showroom & Client Coordinator, where your professionalism and enthusiasm will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This vital position involves welcoming clients, managing showroom activities, and coordinating all aspects of the customer journey - from initial inquiries to scheduling in-home consultations. Whether you're looking for part-time flexibility or a full-time opportunity, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a professional environment and loves to create memorable client interactions.

  • Onsite presence in Polaris; local candidates preferred
  • Ability to work 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9 am to 3 pm on Fridays (or PT during those hours)
  • $20/hr-$23/hr
  • Professional dress and demeanor required

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom with warmth and confidence
  • Answer phone inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Gather customer information, answer questions about products, design capabilities, and pricing
  • Maintain awareness of product knowledge, brochures, website, and showroom offerings
  • Manage lead tracking and follow-up, including scheduling design appointments and confirming details
  • Coordinate with designers and production teams to schedule installations
  • Prepare and send appointment letters, follow up with customers, and ensure a smooth customer experience

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in answering calls and managing inquiries
  • Basic knowledge of customer relationship management, lead tracking, and product information
  • Occasional participation in team meetings or events

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or showroom coordination preferred
  • Previous experience in a luxury or design-focused environment is advantageous
