Job description

AI Enablement Digital Specialist
Part-time
Hybrid (Onsite 20%)

Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for an AI Enablement Digital Specialist to accelerate the responsible and effective adoption of artificial intelligence across the organization. This role serves as the connector between AI tools and the people who use them, translating emerging capabilities into practical, everyday workflows for non-technical teams.

The focus is on discovery, education, content creation, and adoption. The successful candidate will design and produce training programs and digital content, facilitate hands-on workshops, evaluate AI tools, and champion responsible AI practices across all business functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, produce, and maintain a library of AI training content, including on-demand video tutorials, screen recordings, quick-start guides, job aids, FAQs, and prompt libraries tailored to specific business functions.
  • Develop and deliver live training sessions, workshops, and office hours for audiences of varying technical comfort, covering practical use of tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Create internal digital communications and awareness campaigns, including newsletters, intranet content, Teams and Slack announcements, and demo showcases, to build AI literacy and sustain engagement across the organization.
  • Partner with department leaders to observe workflows, identify high-value AI use cases, and build repeatable playbooks for common patterns such as drafting, summarization, research, and analysis.
  • Establish and support an internal AI Champions network, equipping champions with materials and coaching to scale enablement within their own teams.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and features, run pilots and proofs of concept, and make recommendations on tool selection, licensing, and rollout.
  • Develop and communicate responsible AI usage guidance covering data privacy, confidentiality, acceptable use, verification of outputs, disclosure expectations, and awareness of bias and hallucination risks, in partnership with IT, Security, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Support users through change, addressing hesitancy and resistance and building confidence in new ways of working.
  • Define and report adoption metrics, including active usage, license utilization, training completion, time saved, and qualitative feedback, and use these to refine the enablement roadmap.
  • Maintain the internal AI knowledge base and keep all guidance current as tools, features, and policies evolve.
  • Gather user feedback and translate business needs into clear requirements for technical and vendor teams when deeper implementation is required.

Requirements:

  • Experience designing and delivering AI training programs required.
  • Experience creating digital learning content including videos, quick-start guides, job aids, FAQs, and training materials required.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and user enablement programs required.
  • Experience building internal communications campaigns and user adoption initiatives required.
  • Experience identifying AI use cases and developing workflow playbooks required.
  • Experience supporting technology adoption and organizational change initiatives required.
  • Experience evaluating AI tools, pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives required.
  • Experience developing responsible AI guidance and user education materials required.
  • Experience measuring adoption metrics, user engagement, and business value outcomes required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video production and editing tools highly desired.
  • Background in change management, including familiarity with frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci highly desired.
  • Experience running enterprise-wide technology adoption programs or AI Champions networks highly desired.
  • Familiarity with no-code and low-code automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, custom GPTs, or Claude Projects highly desired.
  • Awareness of enterprise AI governance topics, including acceptable use policy development and vendor risk considerations highly desired.
  • Graphic design or motion graphics capability highly desired.
