Student must:
  • be currently enrolled at COTC
  • posess good customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
  • have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Summary of Duties:
In this position, the student will:
  • Provide front-line customer service and administrative support by assisting students, prospective students, staff, and visitors in person and by phone, answering questions, directing individuals to appropriate campus resources, and maintaining confidentiality of student information.
  • Support student services by assisting with advising check-ins, financial aid document collection, placement testing, parking passes, and library services.
  • Assist with recruitment and outreach activities, including campus tours, event preparation, follow-up communications, and informational mailings.
  • Perform general office duties, maintain student records through data entry and document imaging, and support daily operations using Colleague, Perceptive Content, Microsoft Office, and other institutional systems.
