Job description

The role of the finishing operator is to ensure the packaging, labeling, and finished product are correct per our customer requirements in our work instructions as the operator performs the functions of packing, glove pull, and basket return.
Duties and Responsibilities
The finishing operator performs the following tasks:
  • Rotates regularly to perform the basket return, hand packing of gloves, and glove pull-off former tasks.

Qualifications
  • Able to stand on floor performing tasks for a 12-hour period
  • Able to perform manual hand packing of gloves at rate
  • Able to pay attention to detail

Working conditions
  • Work Hours:
    • Position operates in 12-hour shifts
    • Overtime: compensated according to labor laws.
    • Breaks: 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute rest breaks per shift.
  • Safety Standards:
    • Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including helmets, gloves, and safety goggles.
