Description Lead onsite operations from site mobilization through punch and closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Run daily/weekly coordination with subcontractors; plan look‑ahead schedules, sequence trades, and remove roadblocks. Champion safety-conduct JHAs, Toolbox Talks, audits, and enforce OSHA and company standards; model zero‑incident culture. Drive quality control-pre‑install meetings, mock‑ups, inspections, issue tracking, and first‑time‑right installation. Oversee logistics-site access, laydown, deliveries, crane picks, temp utilities, and infection control where applicable.
