Practice Info

• Join a well-established team of 18 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers (APPs), supported by a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator at Mt. Carmel East.
• Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals from around the world.
• The team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.
• Manage complex cases in an open ICU environment with intensivist coverage.
• No expectation of performing procedures or running codes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care and drive performance.
• Work exclusively overnight shifts (for Nocturnist role).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to teaching medical and APP students from surrounding universities and programs on occasion.
• Participate in regular team meetings, held two to three times per week, to discuss critical items.
• Engage in monthly regional meetings to review performance and address outstanding practice matters.

Requirements
